MC888 Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and MC888 as the platform operator. This document applies to all services available at mc888.si, including but not limited to slot games, sports betting, bingo, and all account and transaction features.

By accessing the platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature on mc888.si, you automatically confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms in their entirety and without exception.

MC888 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to members via platform notifications or email. Continued use of the service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 User Eligibility

MC888 services are available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

• Aged at least 18 (eighteen) years at the time of registration.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Not residing in a jurisdiction that explicitly prohibits the use of such platforms.
• Not an individual whose account has previously been blocked or deactivated by MC888 for violating the terms.
• Not acting on behalf of a third party or using the service for business purposes without written permission from MC888.

3 Registration & Account

3.1 One Account per User

Each user is only permitted to have one active account on the mc888 platform. Creating duplicate accounts, accounts under another person's name, or using false identities is a violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of existing balances.

3.2 Accurate Information Obligation

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, active phone number, and valid bank account or digital wallet details. This information is used for KYC verification and withdrawal processing.

3.3 Account Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account secure. Never share your login credentials with anyone. MC888 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. All activity carried out through your account — whether by you or by others due to your negligence — is your sole responsibility.

3.4 KYC Verification

Before making your first withdrawal or upon reaching certain transaction limits, MC888 requires identity verification through a KYC process. Required documents include a valid photo ID (national ID card, driver's license, or passport) and a selfie holding the document. Verification is completed within 1×24 business hours.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

MC888 accepts deposits via QRIS, DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, bank transfer (BCA, BNI, BRI, Mandiri, and other local banks), and Virtual Account. All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

4.2 Transaction Limits

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10,000 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50,000 per transaction.
• Daily withdrawal limits may vary based on account level and the selected withdrawal method.
• Your first withdrawal must use the same account or wallet as your first deposit method.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment gateway. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–4 hours on business days. Withdrawals submitted on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

4.4 Deposit Cancellation Policy

Once a deposit has been successfully credited to your account balance, the transaction cannot be unilaterally cancelled or reversed. In the event of overpayment or incorrect transfer due to user error, MC888 will endeavor to assist in resolving the matter but cannot guarantee fund recovery.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by MC888 are subject to specific terms and conditions stated on each promotion's page. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are only valid for KYC-verified accounts.
• Each bonus type has a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before the bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with one another unless explicitly stated in the promotional terms.
• MC888 reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected of being obtained through abuse or exploitation of system loopholes.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is a violation that may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonuses have a defined validity period — any unused bonus will expire automatically after its expiry date.

6 Game Rules

6.1 Game Fairness

All games available on the MC888 platform use an independently verified Random Number Generator (RNG) system. The outcome of every round or match is determined at random and cannot be manipulated by MC888 or users.

6.2 System Decisions Are Final

Results recorded in the MC888 system are final and binding. In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on the user's screen and the system records due to connection issues or other technical disruptions, MC888's server records shall serve as the definitive reference.

6.3 Technical Disruptions

If a game session is interrupted due to a server error, MC888 will restore the session or return the wager to the user's balance based on the last recorded server state. Disruptions caused by the user's own device or internet connection are not MC888's responsibility.

6.4 Prohibition of Manipulation

The use of automated software (bots), exploits, or any method intended to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation that may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

7 User Conduct

While using MC888 services, users are prohibited from:

• Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language toward other users or MC888 staff via chat or any other communication feature.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform for unauthorized financial transactions.
• Transferring account balances to other users without MC888's written consent.
• Spreading false, misleading, or spam content on the platform.
• Attempting to access another user's account or MC888's backend systems without authorization.
• Using MC888 services for commercial purposes without written permission from management.

Violations of these conduct rules may result in a temporary suspension or permanent account closure, depending on the severity of the violation.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by MC888

MC888 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence of a violation of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, or suspicious activity that threatens the integrity of the platform.

8.2 Voluntary Closure

Users may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the MC888 support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any remaining balance may be withdrawn in accordance with the applicable withdrawal terms, provided all rollover and verification requirements have been fulfilled.

8.3 Closure Due to Inactivity

Accounts showing no activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. MC888 reserves the right to charge a monthly administration fee on inactive accounts with a remaining balance. Users will be notified before any fees are applied.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

MC888 is committed to protecting the personal data of all its users. Data collection, processing, and use are carried out in accordance with the MC888 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this document.

The data you provide to MC888 is used solely for platform operations — identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and service improvement. MC888 does not sell user data to third parties for commercial purposes.

10 Limitation of Liability

MC888 provides its services "as is" and makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption at all times. While we make every effort to maintain service availability, MC888 is not liable for:

• Financial losses arising from platform activity, including balance losses from legitimate wagering.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond MC888's control, such as internet outages, natural disasters, or regulatory decisions.
• Unauthorized access to an account resulting from the user's failure to keep their login credentials confidential.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use MC888 services.

Under no circumstances will MC888's total liability to a user exceed the amount of the active balance in that user's account at the time the claim is made.

11 Changes to Terms

MC888 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via:

• A pop-up notification displayed when users first log in to the platform after changes take effect.
• Email to the address registered on the account (for significant changes affecting user rights).
• An update to the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which MC888 operates. In the event of a dispute between a user and MC888, both parties agree to first seek resolution through mutual discussion via the MC888 support team.

If a resolution cannot be reached through mutual discussion within 30 (thirty) calendar days, the dispute will be resolved through a mutually agreed arbitration mechanism in accordance with applicable law.

If any provision in this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
